Welcome to AGD Travels. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to AGD Travels.
“User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual using our platform.
“Platform” means AGD Travels website, mobile application, and related systems.
“Services” include hotel booking, bus, train, ferry ticket booking, and mobile recharge services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete.

4. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• Full payment must be completed to confirm any service.
• AGD Travels only acts as a booking platform between users and service providers.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Strict)

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully before making any booking.

• Most service providers (hotel, bus, train, ferry, recharge operators) do not provide refunds once a booking is confirmed.
• Cancellation does NOT guarantee any refund.
• In many cases, even if you cancel, the paid amount may be fully non-refundable.
• Refund eligibility depends entirely on the respective service provider’s policy.
• AGD Travels does not control provider refund decisions and cannot influence them.
• Any refund, if approved by the provider, may take time to process.
• AGD Travels shall NOT be responsible for any loss, refund denial, partial refund, or delay.
• Platform service charges, gateway fees, and convenience fees are strictly non-refundable.

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept that you may not receive any refund even after cancellation.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must review all booking details carefully before payment.
• You accept responsibility for your booking decisions.
• You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt fraudulent transactions.

7. Platform Role Disclaimer

AGD Travels acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not own or operate hotels, transport services, or recharge networks. Actual service delivery is the responsibility of the respective providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

AGD Travels shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, financial damage, refund disputes, service failure, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be treated as authorized by you.

10. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from the app. Once deleted, all data including booking history and account information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

11. Modifications

AGD Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Dhaka courts.
