Once a refund is approved by the service provider and received by AGD Travels, we will initiate the transfer to your original payment method within the standard timeline mentioned above. However, bank processing times may vary.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Platform service charges and convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Promotional discounts or cashback amounts are non-refundable.
  • Tickets or bookings marked as "Non-Refundable" by the provider.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please note that many service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) have strict cancellation rules. Even if a provider supports cancellation, full or partial charges may apply.

Example Scenarios:

  • Late Cancellation: Cancelling after a specific deadline (e.g., 24-48 hours before check-in) may result in a charge equal to the first night's stay or the full booking amount.
  • No-Show: If you fail to arrive at the hotel or board your transport without prior cancellation, it is considered a "No-Show". In most cases, 100% of the booking amount is charged, and no refund is issued.
